Sunderland man left ‘devastated’ after motorbike stolen in the middle of the night

Northumbria Police launched an investigation after 20-year-old Nathan Ramshaw reported that his motorbike had been stolen from outside his home at around 7.40am on Monday, July 6.
Nathan, of Orr Avenue in Silksworth, believes that his black Zontes Tiger was taken between 12.30am and 7am that day.

Hide AdHe has expressed how “devastated” he is following the theft, and the impact the incident is having on his life.
Nathan said: “I’m totally devastated by it. I’ve put a lot of money into the bike to get it back on the road.
"I work through South Shields and it is my only means of transport. I’ve had to move back in with my parents as it makes it easier for me to get to work.

Hide Ad"I know it is likely I might not get it back in one piece but I want some closure on the situation. I just want to know where it is.”
A Northumbria Police spokesperson said: “The bike is described as a black 125cc Zontes Tiger with the registration AF14 HDA.”
"Inquiries to locate the bike are ongoing and anyone with information about this incident, or the bike, is asked to contact us using the Tell us Something page on our website, quoting log 160 060720.”
