Breakdown causes delays on A19 at Sunderland

A broken down vehicle causing tailbacks on the A19 at Sunderland has been removed.

Lane 2 was blocked on the southbound approach to the A183 Chester Road.

The blockage led to queues on Hylton Bridge and slow moving traffic on the A1231.
