Evie Field is 7th in the UK in a table of the biggest influencers on the social media app. She has 10 million followers and has attracted 275 million likes for her regular posts about her battle with Tourette’s.
She has also been placed first in the Voice of Change category.

Hide AdBut modest Evie isn’t in it for the celebrity status. Her mission is to ‘destroy the stigma’ which surrounds the syndrome.
She told the Echo: “The community that I have built on there is amazing. I have met so many friends that also have Tourette’s Syndrome and they are friends that I will have for life.”
Evie added: “Being first on the Voice of Change category means so much to me,
"The category is people who are unique, who have a disability, and my biggest aim on Tiktok is to raise awareness and destroy the stigma of Tourettes, so being first place makes me feel like I am really achieving that,

Millions of people watched another of Evie's posts where she involuntarily hit herself over the head with a rolling pin. It was pain, the like of which you just can't describe, she said afterwards.
Fans have seen her repeatedly punch herself. She sometimes swears, or makes sounds she can't control.
