Asoro, 21, departed the Stadium of Light following the club’s relegation to League One and joined the Swans in a deal worth up to £2million, penning a four-year-deal in South Wales.
However, the youngster has struggled for regular opportunities at the Liberty Stadium and spent time on loan with Groningen in Holland and Italian side Genoa over the past two years.

Hide AdNow, the Championship outfit have elected to sell Asoro, who has today returned to his homeland to sign for Swedish top-flight club Djurgardens IF.
The move prompted a mixed response from Sunderland supporters - here's how you reacted on social media:
@MattyCrichton: “What an absolute waste of potential. This is why footballers need to focus on playing for teams who give them first-team minutes, instead of joining clubs to sit on the bench. Asoro would of started every week for Sunderland in League One, look at Josh Maja now and compare...”
@AlanJWatson: “Asoro on the move again.”
@ftmgaz: “Should have stayed at Sunderland and got minutes on the pitch. Greedy agent turned his head for his own pocket Same as Maja.”
@FulwellAdam: “No sympathy at all.”
@e_sunderland: “And just like that - he was gone.”
