Following a pretty sunny and warm week, it doesn’t look likely continue this weekend and there’s even a chance of rain.

Hide AdIf you’re going to enjoy any time in the garden this bank holiday, Friday is the day to do it. The day will begin sunny although clouds are forecast to descend on the city by around 10am.
The sun will show it’s face again at around 1pm and there will be sunny intervals throughout the afternoon before clouds disperse completely at around 7pm.
The temperature will reach 18C at its peak in the early afternoon and there will be a slight breeze.
What will the weather be like on Saturday, May 9?
The Met Office is currently forecasting a cloudy and overcast day with must lower temperatures than we’ve experienced so far this week - and through most of April.

Hide AdIt will remain cloudy throughout the morning and early afternoon with the high temperature estimated to reach just 13C.
From 4pm onward there is a chance of rain – with heavy spells forecast from 7pm into the early hours of Sunday morning.
What will the weather be like on Sunday, May 10?
Although the rain will disperse by the morning, it’s forecast to be another cloudy day.
Temperatures will drop again with highs of just 7C forecast in Sunderland.
