A stretch of road in the Harraton area of Washington was closed after a two-vehicle collision.
The collision occurred on Vigo Lane between Rowan Avenue and Pinewood Crescent at around noon today, Monday, December 9.
A police spokesperson said: "We received a report of a two vehicle collision at 12.12pm today (Monday) at Vigo Lane, Washington.
"Emergency services including police and fire were called to assist.
"The road is currently blocked.
"Injuries are not thought to be serious."
