Fight organiser Dave Corrigan served with Tom in 2 Para and has since helped out at the annual Cuthy’s 200 charity bike ride as a medic.
Dave also set up a Thai Boxing club in Birtley called The Cuthy 200 Thai Boxing Academy and he says it’s long been a passion of his to create an annual boxing match in Nathan’s name.
