CCTV appeal after man's nose is broken in racist attack

Durham Police have posted CCTV images on social media in the wake of an incident in the early hours of Sunday.
A post on the force Facebook page says: “Do you recognise these people? We’d like to speak to them in connection with a racially aggravated assault that took place in Durham city at around 3am on Sunday, June 27.

Hide Ad"A man was punched as he got into a taxi outside a takeaway on Claypath, leaving him with a broken nose.
"Officers would like to speak to the people pictured as they believe they may be able to help with the investigation.”
Anyone who recognises the pair should call police on 101, quoting incident number 47 of June 27.
